What Is Connect?

Connect is free food, fun, and the opportunity to make new friends. Student life isn’t easy. Sometimes you need a night off from cooking, a place to switch off, and good company to relax with. That’s the purpose of Connect.

We meet on Friday evenings during term time from 8-10 pm at St David’s Church, just around the corner from St John’s Campus. There will be home-cooked food, board games, video games and a host of friendly faces. Come and join us!

When Did Connect Start?

Connect was launched back in March 2022. It is the product of Manor Park Church’s passion for students. Being so close to St John’s Campus, we have a great desire to care for all the students in our community. Through Connect we seek to support students by providing free and relaxed Friday evenings of food and games. Friendships have been formed and lots of fun has been had over the last couple of years, and we can’t wait to get to know even more people. For more about us, check out the rest of our website.
