Preaching God’s Word has always been the top priority of Manor Park Church. We want to hear God’s voice: that’s what it means to be an “evangelical” church. This term, God-willing, we’re looking at Paul’s first letter to the Thessalonians. Paul calls this church a “model” church (1:7). So what makes a model church? A building? A big bank balance? The size of the congregation? None of these things make the grade. Let’s hear what Christ has to say to us through Paul this term. We may be surprised at Christ’s priorities for the church!
